Christabelle graduated from medical school in 1999 from the University of London, UK. She became a member of the Royal College of Physicians and worked in acute hospital medicine.
Her main interests are in allergic and digestive disorders so, after obtaining a Masters degree in Nutrition from King's College London, she went into private practice and worked in the field of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.
She is a member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, British Society of Ecological Medicine and the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine where she contributes to the education curriculum as a Board member.
She has a strong clinical interest in neurological, gastrointestinal and metabolic health.
She is passionate about teaching on the interconnectedness of human metabolism, biology and behaviour.
